By using Digital Heritage, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Violate the rights of others
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
User content
You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require payment. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

By creating an account or otherwise providing contact information to Digital Heritage, you expressly consent to us using that contact information to send you transactional and service-related communications required for the operation of the Service.
These communications may include account verification, login or security alerts, payment receipts, billing notices, subscription status updates, service changes, support replies, technical notices, legal notices, and other messages necessary to provide, maintain, and protect the Service.
We will not use the contact information you provide to send promotional or marketing messages by email, phone, SMS, post, or any other contact method.
Third-party services
We may use third-party providers, including analytics and payment services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or NZD $100 if you have not paid us anything.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service, or if required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of New Zealand, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
